I believe that God has called me to create this website. Why?  As a vehicle for people to come together in their common ground of Jesus Christ.

We have an opportunity to strengthen each of our missionary efforts by working together, encouraging and supporting each other.  By missionary efforts, I refer not only to foreign missions, but also to the mission work you carry on everyday, with your friends, your husband, your children, your co-workers and within your church and community.

Many of us feel we do not have the strength or the resources to reach out to others, especially to others we don't know. Yet Jesus commands us to 'go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit' (Matthew 28:19). Jesus uses the parable of the Good Samaritan to illustrate that he wants us to care and involve ourselves in the lives of those who need help.  He tells us that any time we visit the sick, or care for the poor, or help a child, we are actually ministering to Him.  Yet, Jesus does not expect us to bear a heavy load in order to fulfill His commandments.  Instead, He encourages us that, '..My yoke is easy and My burden is light.' (Matthew 11:30).

This website can help encourage you to care for others, and give you the inspiration and the resources to do so.  Please look at what this website has to offer, and offer of yourself what you can to make this site better.
